Action will tell you what works and what does not. Action will lead to new and effective actions. Now, as I say, you’ve avoided the real exercise for almost all your life. If you still do nothing, nothing will change. However, if you just start [even run], you have found the right way for your body, mind and the future. Say you try to go for a walk in the early morning. Then you find there is simply no time. Rather than leave you another time where it does not work [or find something else to do.
