Decide what you miss on not losing 10 or 20 pounds, most people do not want to think. What do you miss because you are not satisfied with your weight? I asked a similar question to my clients and strong when they joined my first program of weight loss coaching – “What you will experience when you have achieved your goals?”
Read this question again. Pull a piece of paper and write the answer. DO IT. To truly change our body that we have an emotional reason. What is your reason? The quickest way to find the reason to look honestly at what you miss when you would not do if you′ve lost 20 pounds.
How is this to help with diet and exercise? Here is the secret. The details of your diet and exercise program does not really matter if you do not follow the plan. Sticking to your program or coaching success of Brain Tracy says: “Do what you will do” is the determining factor in your successful weight loss. The best way to make sure you stick to your plan, it is to find a reason to change emotionally driven and this fact into consideration your mind at any time. To do this, and there is no chance of failure.
Do this and you will beat the average. You will not in weight with age. Your friends and your family will be surprised every time they see you when you get fitter and fitter.
